BeamDesk Mini

Desktop marker

BeamDesk Mini

A benchtop fibre marker for short runs, samples, and R&D cells that still need production-grade codes.

Explore
TubeCut R8

Tube cutting

TubeCut R8

Fibre tube cutting for frames, handrails, and agricultural tube profiles common on SA fab floors.

Explore
PlateGate XL

Heavy plate

PlateGate XL

A larger bed fibre cell for thicker plate work, wear parts, and mining-adjacent fab where pierce discipline matters.

Explore
EngraveFab 50

Deep engraving

EngraveFab 50

Higher-energy fibre engraving for deep marks, mould inserts, and tooling IDs that must stay readable after wear.

Explore
DualHead Mark

Dual head

DualHead Mark

Two marking heads on one cell for high-mix lines that need both flat and rotary marks without constant changeovers.

Explore
SheetNest Pro

Nesting software

SheetNest Pro

Nesting software and nest briefs paired with CutLine cells, so scrap, pierce order and remnants stay under control.

Explore
MicroMark Lab

Precision micro

MicroMark Lab

Fine-feature fibre marking for medical, electronics, and jewellery work where character height and contrast are tight.

Explore
FieldMark Portable

Portable mark

FieldMark Portable

A portable fibre marking kit for on-site serials, asset tags, and plant equipment that cannot visit the cell.

Explore
AutoFeed Cut

Auto feed

AutoFeed Cut

Automatic sheet loading for CutLine cells, so longer nests run with fewer manual sheet changes.

Choosing a system

Start from the cut

Not sure which system fits? Start from the work you do: sheet shops usually begin with sheet metal job shops, serial and part marking lines with Mark Pro 30. Our note on nesting before you pierce is a good first read for any cutting cell.

How to match a fibre system to your workshop needs

Choosing the right system starts with your material, job size and available space. Sheet cutting is handled by the CutLine 1500, a 1.5 kW class bed system ideal for job shops and production floors working with mild steel, stainless or aluminium up to standard thicknesses. For thicker plate work, especially in mining, wear parts or heavy fab, the PlateGate XL provides a larger bed cell suited to high-inertia moves and deep pierces.

TubeCut R8 covers rotary tube cutting for square, round and oval profiles, common in frames, handrails and structural jobs. WeldPrep Beam lets you bevel and prep edges for welding, speeding up fit-up and improving weld quality. When you need automation, AutoFeed Cut handles automatic sheet loading for the CutLine, and SheetNest Pro nests your jobs for efficient material use with controlled pierce order.

Marking and engraving for every application

For part marking and deep engraving, start with the Mark Pro 30, a 30 W class cell for serials, logos and traceability on all metals. The BeamDesk Mini suits R&D benches and short runs where a small benchtop footprint is key. DualHead Mark lets you switch between flat and rotary marking without downtime, ideal for high-mix lines or job shops.

For deeper marks and tool IDs, EngraveFab 50 delivers the punch for mould inserts and parts that face wear. MicroMark Lab focuses on micro-scale marks for medical, electronics and jewellery, while FieldMark Portable brings marking to site, asset tags and field equipment, without hauling parts to the shop.

  • General marking: Mark Pro 30
  • Benchtop: BeamDesk Mini
  • Dual head: DualHead Mark
  • Deep engraving: EngraveFab 50
  • Micro marking: MicroMark Lab
  • Portable: FieldMark Portable

Why sample parts and planning come first

Every system and material reacts differently to fibre laser parameters. That is why we start every project with real sample parts at Sunnyrock HQ or your nearest showroom. Ms Kelebogile Nxumalo and the applications team will run your material and part geometry through the candidate system, tuning the speed, focus, assist gas and sequence to match your requirements.

This first-article review sets the baseline for what your finished parts will look like and helps you pick the correct bed size, wattage class and options for your floor space and throughput. Well-matched systems reduce scrap, cut setup time and keep operators safe and confident from day one.
