Roles we hire for in our team
Our work covers everything from setting up fibre laser cutting and marking systems in workshops, to helping clients plan their next production cell. We hire for roles like applications technician, field service technician, electrician, mechanical fitter, showroom host and technical writer.
Applications and field techs handle installations, operator training and on-site support for new systems in Gauteng, KZN, the Cape, the Free State and the Eastern Cape. Showroom hosts guide visitors through live demos in our bays. A technical writer prepares operator notes, safety sheets and clear guides for our clients.

What we look for in applicants
A strong mechanical or electrical background is important for workshop and field roles. You must be able to use measuring tools, work safely around machinery, and follow procedures step by step. A valid driver’s licence is needed for field support roles as you will travel to client sites, sometimes in remote areas or industrial parks.
Patience, clear communication and care when dealing with clients make a difference in our line of work. We value accurate notes, safe work around lasers and electrical systems, and the ability to explain technical points in plain English. For technical writing, we look for people who can turn workshop experience into clear instructions.
