Shipping and samples

FibreLaser SA delivers and installs machines nationwide. We also process sample cuts and markings for you, and courier spares and consumables as needed.

How we deliver and install machines

Our machines are delivered from Sunnyrock HQ, crated for protection and loaded for transport on a flatbed or closed truck, depending on the model and your site. Offloading is usually by forklift or crane, so please confirm access routes, doorway and roller-shutter heights, and overhead clearance before we arrive.

Your site should be ready before delivery: a level, sealed concrete floor, the correct power supply with a Certificate of Compliance from a registered electrician, compressed air or assist gas if needed, fume extraction in place, and enough space for the chiller and operator movement. We will check access with you in advance and help you plan the layout if required.

Receiving your machine and checking for damage

When your machine arrives, check the crate and contents with the driver present. Note any damage to the crate, packaging or machine on the delivery note before signing. This helps with any insurance or claims process.

Our team will uncrate, position and install the machine, connect power and services, and run through a basic check with you. Any missing items or faults must be recorded at this stage. Installation includes a handover and operator training session for your authorised staff.

Sample parts, spares and consumables

If you need sample cuts or marking proofs, send us your drawings or parts and we will process them at Sunnyrock HQ. Once samples are ready, we return them to you by courier and discuss the results with you, either in person or by phone.
