Overseeing laser applications and first-article reviews
Kelebogile manages the day-to-day running of first-article reviews at our Sunnyrock HQ sample cell. She is responsible for making sure every new cut or mark matches the workshop’s requirements before moving into full production. This process means each client’s material, thickness and finish is checked on real samples using their own drawings or parts.
By keeping detailed notes and adjusting settings for each job, Kelebogile ensures our clients get consistent, repeatable results across mixed batches of stainless steel, mild steel and other metals. She also oversees the correct labelling and archiving of recipes, so that production teams or new operators can always draw on proven settings matched to their jobs.
Supporting clients with the right process and systems
Kelebogile’s main focus is supporting workshops running CutLine 1500 cutting systems, Mark Pro 30 and BeamDesk Mini markers, and SheetNest Pro nesting software. She helps clients working with mixed materials, especially where fabrication demands fast changeover between stainless and mild sheet.
She pays close attention to assist gas selection, extraction requirements, and the right approach for marking or deep engraving, especially where different grades like 304 and 316 stainless or galvanised mild steel are in use. Kelebogile often works with signage shops, toolrooms, and maintenance teams, giving practical advice on edge quality, oxide removal and safe operation.
