Busisiwe’s daily focus is on tube and chassis applications
Busisiwe Ngqula works closely with workshops that build trailers, agricultural implements and rail components, concentrating on tube and chassis cutting needs. She evaluates clamp methods, joint strength and mitre preparation to help fabricators achieve accurate and repeatable results.
Part of her routine involves reviewing customer drawings, suggesting improvements to tube joints and offering practical advice on how to reduce setup times. Her goal is to make sure every tube or RHS part is cut to fit the assembly and welding process with minimal rework.
She supports customers using tube cutting and chassis marking systems
Busisiwe primarily assists clients running the TubeCut R8 rotary cutter for round pipe, RHS, oval and custom chassis profiles. She helps set up jigs for consistent clamping and develops mitre notes that are easy for workshop teams to follow.
Many of her customers work with mild steel, stainless and aluminium tubes, often from South African mills. Busisiwe also supports marking applications for traceability, chassis or asset marking, and works with marking systems like DualHead Mark and Mark Pro 30 where required.
