Orders and lead times

We confirm orders, fixtures and sample packs through clear steps to keep your workshop running smoothly. Here’s how to get answers and support from FibreLaser SA.

Questions about orders and lead times

Workshops often ask how long a new laser system or fixture will take from confirmation to delivery, or what is needed to secure a sample pack. For new systems like the CutLine 1500 or Mark Pro 30, we confirm lead times based on your configuration and our current order book. Fixtures and sample packs are matched to your actual application, so we sometimes need extra details before quoting or scheduling.

If you’re unsure about the status of your order or want to check on a sample request, don’t hesitate to send us a message. Our team tracks every system by serial number and project name, so we can update you once we have the right details on hand.

What information to send us for support

To help you quickly, please give us the details below when you send a message through our contact form. This lets us match your request to the right system and support team. For technical issues, a clear photo of the console or fixture helps us diagnose most problems without delays.

If you’re asking about a return, warranty or replacement, let us know if your business is a juristic person with assets or turnover over R2 million as the Consumer Protection Act does not cover those cases. For any safety or compliance question, mention your city so we can advise on regional requirements.

  • System name and, if possible, the serial number
  • A short summary of your request or the issue
  • Photo of the console, fixture or mark (if relevant)
  • Your city and preferred showroom for follow-up
  • Details of your application or material if it’s a sample

What happens after you submit a FibreLaser SA enquiry

Our team reviews your details and assigns the right person to respond, whether it’s a cutting, marking or tube application. For new orders, we’ll confirm the configuration and lead time, and for support we might ask for a quick call or a site visit if the issue can’t be resolved remotely.

Once we have all your info, we update you on the next steps, such as sample test dates, delivery arrangements or recommended actions. If there’s a warranty concern, we walk you through the process and explain which rules apply. Dont worry if you missed a detail, we’ll let you know if we need anything else to sort it out.
