Warranty notes
FibreLaser SA systems are supported with clear cover for sources, heads and fixtures. Our team helps you resolve warranty and support queries quickly and practically.
Typical warranty and support questions answered
Each FibreLaser SA system comes with a documented warranty for the laser source, cutting or marking head, and supplied fixtures. Most questions centre on what is covered, how a problem is assessed, and what happens if parts need replacement or repair. Normal wear parts like lenses or protective windows are not usually covered for wear, but manufacturing faults are.
If your system is out of warranty, we still offer diagnostic help, spare parts, and service options. For larger cutting cells, warranty may depend on having proper power supply, coolant, and extraction in the workshop, as poor site conditions can void support. For any returns, the Consumer Protection Act covers defective goods only for buyers that qualify (individuals or businesses under R2 million turnover or assets).
Always check your original delivery documents for the coverage terms specific to your machine. If you are unsure, our team will confirm what applies once we receive your support request.
What to send with your support request
Giving us the right information up front means faster, more effective support. Use our contact form to start your request. The more detail you can give, the easier it is for us to diagnose and advise.
If you are near a showroom bay or Sunnyrock HQ, we may invite you to bring small fixtures or parts in for review, but for most queries a good set of photos and clear description is enough to start.
- Your system name (e.g. CutLine 1500, Mark Pro 30)
- The serial number if you have it
- Your city or workshop location
- A short description of the problem or error
- Photos of the affected part, console or fixture
- Any relevant first-article logs or results
What happens after you submit a FibreLaser SA enquiry
Our support team reviews your request and checks the warranty status against your system records. If your issue needs technical follow-up, we may ask for more details, remote diagnostics, or in some cases a site visit.
Depending on the system and the problem, we may guide you through checks or adjustments, arrange a repair, or organise a replacement part if it is covered. We will always explain the next steps clearly so you know what to expect.
At all times, safety and regulatory compliance are priority. We may remind you about site conditions, electrical CoCs or operator training if these affect your support or warranty cover.
